So that we understand ourselves well in the INCREON Digital Lab, we speak Bavarian, German, and, with pleasure, English and Chinese as well. For successful digitalization, many more languages and tools are important for us. As a digital agency, we use the following for web soutions, web app solutions, and app solutions:

  • Content Management Systems such as WordPress, Typo3, Joomla, Grav — with configuration languages (syntaxes) WordPress Rest API, TypoScript, and many more.
  • Shop systems such as OXID Shops, Shopware, xtcommerce, Magento, WooCommerce
  • PHP with the web application frameworks and template systems Symfony2, Twig, Smarty, PHP Design Patterns, OOP
  • JavaScript with library JQUERY, framework AngularJS, data-interchange format JSON, OOP
  • Markup languages HTML, YAML, MJML
  • Style sheet language CSS
  • Application programming language Swift
  • XML with vector image format SVG and markup language SMIL
  • Apache server
  • MySQL database

As a digital lab, we are always learning something new and naturally use the latest techniques. This is how we ensure that our solutions are smart and, at the same time, state-of-the-art. Every team member is experienced in working with his or her tools, can try out new things, and is therefore assuredly moving along the digital wave.

By way of explanation:

Symfony2 is a PHP framework containing support for the template engine Twig. A framework is a reusable set of tools for software or a subsystem.

Twig and Smarty are PHP template engines. A template engine is a processor that combines templates into complete webpages and websites.

PHP Design Patterns are solution patterns for frequently occurring design problems.

JavaScript is a dynamic, object-oriented scripting language for evaluating user actions, content changes, and content generation, and also for extending HTML and CSS.

JQUERY is a reusable cross-platform set of functions for DOM navigation and DOM manipulation.

AngularJS is a JavaScript framework for creating web (online) applications.

JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) is a data format in an easy-to-read text form for exchanges between applications.

YAML (YAML Ain’t Markup Language, originally Yet Another Markup Language) is a simplified markup language for data serialization.

SMIL (Synchronized Multimedia Integration Language) is an XML-based markup language for time-synchronized multimedia content.

MJML (Mailjet Markup Language) is a markup language for responsive and code-optimized representation of email messages.

Apache is an HTTP web server.

MySQL is a relational database administration system.

Swift is an object-oriented application programming language for iOS, macOS, tvOS, watchOS, and Linux.

OOP (Objektorientierte Programmierung) is a programming style.

WordPress Rest API (Representational state transfer application programming interface) is a set of subroutines, protocols, and tools to create application software.
